Lately we received requests from people if it is possible to create a shop in the English language and pay in their own currency. Therefore we start building this new shop, but it takes a while before all our products are available in this shop. Till that time, you can always visit our Dutch shop (click in the left index on Dutch Shop).
Shipping now only € 9,50.
1. You can navigate to the departments of our Internet Shop by clicking the buttons on the button bar at the left side of the window.
2. Then choose in the middle of the window the next possible options in the menu bar.
3. In this way you are able to navigate through our shop till you reach the products.
4. Below our logo a orange bar appears with the previously viewed menu lines in the order you selected them.
5. By clicking a previous viewed menu line in this bar, you return to that line.
6. You can click on "Home" at the top of the window or click on "Home" at the bar, to return to the first page in our Internet Shop.
7. You can click on the image or click on "+" for larger view.
8. To order a product, first choose the required fields, like size and colour, then choose the quantity and click on the "Basket" button. If you forget what to enter in the required fields, our shop will supply a warning and you must enter the data in the fields and click again on the "Basket" button.
10. Our shop will confirm the products you have chosen. Click on the "Add to basket" button and they will then be added to your basket. All the prices in our shop are incl. Tax. Click on the "Heart" button and they will then be added to your Favourites.
11. You can click on the "Continue shopping" to return to our shop or if you want to order, click "Go to Checkout".
12. By clicking "Basket" on the top of the window, you can see all the products you have ordered. It is also possible to delete products.
13. Select a shipping location and the shipping method "Standard". The shipping charge of € 9,50 will be automatically added to your order. Click on the "Secure check out" button.
14. You need to accept our terms and conditions. You will be re-directed to the protected " Globe Charge" server.
15. You will then be asked to select your payment option. You can choose: "Bank Transfer" or "PayPal" . Our account details, you need to pay with a normal "Bank Transfer" are visible in in the payment details. When you choose "PayPal", you are able to pay with "Mastercard"or "Visa".
16. We need personal information so we can process your order. Personal information is used as stated in our "Online Privacy Statement". Some fields of our order form are required. No financial information is needed. Then click the "Review Secure order" button.
17. You can review your order. Then click the "Send order securely" button.
18. When your payment option was "Bank Transfer", your order is submitted to us.
19. When your payment option was "PayPal", you will be re-directed to the protected " PayPal" server. The payment server transfers no financial information to us. After a successful payment, Biker's Buy It receive an e-mail with the order information There will be no payment information submitted in this e-mail.
19. After we have received your payment, the products will be ordered en dispatched to your home address.
